As a line cook, you will work alongside chef Cal Peternell to prepare and execute our daily seasonal menus with precision and creativity. Your role will involve ensuring that each dish is prepared to the highest standards, reflecting our commitment to quality ingredients and expert culinary techniques.

In addition to cooking, you will collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace, as well as assist in ingredient preparation and proper storage. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure will be essential in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

To qualify for this position, candidates should have a passion for cooking and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic culinary environment. Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
